CGN Meiya announced the acquisition of renewable assets from its parent：The consideration is US$640.2m，including US$492.3m for wind power assets and US$147.9m for solar power assets.We note this is the first acquisition from CGN Meiya’s previously announced intention to acquire 3- 5GW in total from 2014-2018.
