格隆汇 7 月 1日丨科达洁能(600499.SH)公布，公司非洲子公司向国际金融公司International Finance Corporation(“IFC”)申请总额为1.65亿美元(或等值欧元，以下统一以美元表述)的长期贷款，其中Keda (Ghana) Ceramics Company Limited(“Keda Ghana”)、Twyford (SN) Ceramics Limited(“Twyford SN”)、Keda Zambia Ceramics Company Limited(“Keda Zambia”)向IFC申请的合计7200万美元贷款，公司董事会和股东大会已审核同意为其提供全额连带责任担保。
